The purse was posted as "New"; however, when I received it there were holes on all 4 corners of the purse. I have contacted the seller and EBAY customer service. Posting this purse as new, when it clearly not, is false advertisement and truly violates EBAY POLICIES. I am asking for a full refund! I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping when the purse is advertised as "New" , but it is not. A customer shouldn't have to go thru this that clearly are burdensome to a "CUSTOMER"
