This was the worst eBay experience I’ve ever had, I received a cheap diffuser that is nothing like a genuine Floral Street item and did not match seller’s description so I assumed I could return it. The seller was terrible to deal with and basically mocked the fact she had sold me a fake item. Her messages were so rude and unhelpful. Thankfully my boss bought the diffuser from me to put in the entrance of the care home I work in but I think it’s awful that people can con you when you work hard.

This woman, called me a fraud, a scammer, and a conman. So far as I am aware, there is no such thing as fake floral street and I never sell fake goods. My previously excellent feedback shows this. I asked her to return the item through eBay as I wanted eBay to see the language she had used against me. She did not return the item. The vast majority of people on eBay are great to deal with, but regrettably this lady is the exception.
