It took 17 DAYS to ship my order - they lied & marked it shipped after 5 days on eBay, but tracking tells another story. I ordered on the 11th, recvd it the 30th - AND they only shipped it after I msgd them asking them to just cancel my order. They ignored my request & shipped it instead - though by this point, I'd already bought a different set from someone else. eBay gave no option for me to cancel, or to contact their customer service... Worst buying experience I've had in a long while.
