I'm sorry not sure what had happened at the post office once i toke it there, I do know I had shipped it same or next day as per all parcels I send. Instead of just leaving negative feedback and being negative overall at any point in time you could have messaged me instead to let me know you never received it, and I would have sent a replacement free of charge or refunded you which I did no fuss at all. Again, not sure what happened negative feedback is unnecessary. Parcels get lost it happens..

Unprofessional communication. Power adapters were not original. Ignored my inquiry then got angry and defensive when I asked a 2nd time. Now I'm blocked? I bought three BT speakers as open box. They only charge to 70% because 12v 1a adapters. Need 15v 1.5a
I was simply trying to confirm they didn't know and was gonna let it slide. Now I can't confirm. Maybe they did know? We'll never know. I do know negative feedback is lame though.
