  • Simple but intense

    I used to hate looking forward to lifting weights because it seemed like it took a long time and I really didn't notice much in the mirror after all my efforts. That's where Max Contraction comes in to save the day. When you actually see & feel results that's enough motivation to want to continue. This book is very simple in that muscle is a very simple tissue to stimulate and that's all you need to know. Just do the exercises as prescribed in the book and that's it. The only thing negative I have to say is that I wished there were pictures of the max contracted position for free weight exercises. Most are explained for machines.
