TERMITES BEWARE!!!
I have not yet installed the stakes but everything so far has rated 5-star quality. I have a 52-year old mobile home that was not worth the price of professional termite staking--hence the more economically priced Spectricide stakes. I have found all other Spectricide products to be top quality and very effective and anticipate the same great performance from these termite stakes.

Good product, but has issues
I have seen termites inside, so I believe they do attract and kill termites. However, I get a lot of false positives. One reason is that the thin steel ring at the pointed, bottom end rusts off, so it stops holding the pink plunger down, and up it pops -- even though all the poison is still inside. I've also seen ants and worms inside, making me wonder if they eat the poison as well, producing even more false positives.I have seen termites inside, so I believe they do attract and kill termites. Damaged package, some visible leakage
Just got the termite trap/feeders the day before yesterday and box was damaged and some visible leakage and don’t want to open damaged individual boxes and ‘trust’ the product if it works or not since it looks so poorly. I would prefer another shipment of good and new stuff, please, thank you.

Kills termites very well.
We used Spectracide Stakes in New Hampshire after discovering termites around our property. When the siding was removed years later the crew pointed out that that there was previous termite damage, but no signs of termites. The stakes worked like a charm. Notes: Compared to the costly damage that termites can do, these stakes are inexpensive. I'm still using these today in Florida.
