The seller didn’t pack the item in a box with proper bubble wrap, just wrapped in a plastic mailer bag with paper wrap. When I received the thermal bottle it had two deep dents on the bottom. The seller never took any photos of the bottom of the thermos so I don’t know if the damage was originally on it or it happened in shipping. She did refund partial payment upon my request. I personally will not purchase from this seller again.
