Nonetheless, the seller was very helpful in providing guidance to try to get the phone to work and when it didn't, they willingly accepted a return and covered the shipping cost. Great service!

Now they told me they have another, However, I told them I want a refund if they could not ship it by DHL. Now I receive a message that it will be Aug lst. When I placed my first order It was July 1. So, they never made the first shipment. I have contacted eBay with no results from them. I am upset after being a customer since 2007. $218 and the screen on my cell has gone out.
