Not noise cancelling & not worth the money
I bought these to replace some 3M earbuds I had that went bad after a few years of use. The sound quality is very good and they fit very well. The problem is that they are not noise cancelling. I mow lawns for a living and these DO NOT block out the engine noise from my machines. I tried both styles of ear buds that came in the package and neither blocked out the engine noise. The 3M ear buds I had blocked out everything and I didn't have to crank up the volume either. Like I said they sound great but they are not for use with loud equipment. I'll keep these for use around the house or when I working on a landscaping project that's not using equipment. Thought I'd save a few bucks and try these, I guess you get what you pay for. Excellent motorcycle earbuds
I've been looking for a great set of riding earbuds and think I've found them in plugfones. Easy to insert in my narrow ear canals, comfortable all day, great wind noise reduction and nice "warm" sound. Truth be told, I'm not sure about the silicone tips because I only wore them for a few minutes and they caused some discomfort. But the foam tips are where it's at. I'm very pleased with the quality but the cable does feel flimsy... Hence 4 stars instead of 5. I added some heat shrink tubing to reinforce the section between the jack and the control buttons.I've been looking for a great set of riding earbuds and think I've found them in plugfones.
