Purchased a display from seller, it arrived defective (completely unworking) and after saying that we damaged the device we got them to send a replacement. The replacement had a defective backlight that they again tried to blame on us as they had tested it before sending. Do not blame a lack of insurance/packing on the buyer. We tried communicating on the issue and they got so upset they no longer wanted to provide a return shipping address a second time, so we had to find it on our own.

We did our best to assist resolving the issue from a replacement one to return the item. Mostly, we had issue you a refund. We had totally lost on this sale. We did not mean “blaming” and we expect it going to be good and we’re both satisfied with our settlement. Your negative feedback doesn’t meet that expectations and sounds untrustworthy. We love to work it out with our buyers in most cases.

The seller lied and said I sent them back a damaged item. I just returned what I got. Then they accuse me of being offensive with my language in my feedback, when all I said was Seller claimed I returned them a different, broken item. Worst seller I ve encountered on ebay, despite their feedback score and how dare they accuse me of this! I do not see what I said wrong here, other than how I felt throughout my purchase, which is the point of feedback. Seems they just don t want to refund orders

It’s obviously wears and scratches with bent frame we described when received. We sent us not same battery sold. And you are very offensive, definitely we’d never done any business like this. We always try to help our buyers for most cases but they must do it correctly.
