The item arrived early but it was so bent that it left wrinkles on the leather that I cannot remove. I tried steaming it and flattening it out with weight overnight but it's not working. And one of the sides already ripped and has a hole in it while I was putting in the car. I'm just going to keep it because buyer pays for returns and it's just a waste of my time and money. It works for intended need but I don't like it.

Spoke to customer service and they helped me work out the issue. Although parts were faulty, we were able to figure out a solution. Customer service is great, I do recommend purchasing from buyer because they communicate with you to make sure customer is satisfied.
