We would like to offer our sincere apologies for your damaged item. I can assure you that, at the time of shipment, there were four screws holding the bottom of the car securely to the base platform. Unfortunately, the screws did not secure the car properly during transit. I was reluctant to add any additional material directly to the car itself due to the delicate plastic detail on the car's outer surface. We would like to offer you a full refund for this item, and again our apologies.
