The item “Was Damaged”
The item was sent damaged with broken piece placed inside shoebox. When the shoes were sent, the owner already knew that the shoes were damaged and did not appear in any of the photos.
The shoebox had a terrible smell/odor which I later determined was mold.
I sent the seller a message requesting a total refund and the seller sent my entire refund. No questions asked.
