When I received it, it had been relabeled and repackaged by FEDEX. After opening the box the motor was inside with all of the original packaging that was destroyed due to poor original shipping packaging. The motor was not damaged and was installed and is functioning as intended. I recommend packaging a 30# part in a better manner than this was originally shipped.
