This shirt was listed as a Men's size 16 - when it arrived it was a boys size 16. I contacted the seller and explained that I was not able to print out a return label or go to the post office to process a return and asked that he/she either refund the amount without a return of the item, send me the label/packaging for the return, or send UPS to pick it up. I never received a response to that final request -- just a screen shot of eBay's returns policy. very dissatisfied customer.
