Purchase this iPhone 12 “open box” phone. Battery life was only at 85%. I have an iPhone 11 that I’ve been using for 2 years and has a battery capacity of 90%. Contacted seller. He offered an exchange or $25 discount. My daughter didn’t want to deal with the hassle of being without a phone during the exchange process. So we opted for the $25 discount. I have messaged 5+ times and now being ghosted. No response at all. No discount was given.

New Apple iPhone 13 is exactly as described: Open box brand new. The shipping was free, I added $2.99 to get it faster, unfortunately it didn't. it came in OK box with charger (for the price I paid) they could have added a fast charger, instead of a 5V.
