Item arrived quickly. Shipping costs were low, unfortunately item was pretty stretched out so definitely not a small. I will need to alter the straps some way in order to wear it therefore, it's certainly not as described. Not worth returning as it would cost me more time, money and hassle to do so. Not sure if seller is aware so I won't give negative feedback and I may be able to fix it.
