The plants actually had large roots on them like over a foot where they're kind of difficult to plant yes some of them did right off in shipping but that's kind of normal and the packaging I couldn't have done it better myself it was outstanding with dual layers of insulation to keep the plants warm in transit I was very impressed I was hesitant to make the purchase initially cuz of the in the middle reviews but I had a great experience and a very communicative seller

an absolute nightmare. Minimal communication it’s been over a month and the item still hasn’t shipped. They will give you every excuse in the book on why they can’t get certifications. Just avoid these overseas sellers entirely and save yourself the headache. Please send me my money back!

WE DON'T RUN, WE WILL STILL SEND THE PLANT PACKAGES. BUT THE BUYER CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM THAT IS HAPPENING AT THIS TIME.
