If you would actually READ the listing you would see the it clearly states in the VERY FIRST SENTENCE that it is a multi-item listing and you have to SELECT the item that you want from the drop-down menu. I don't know what world you live in, but what on earth made you think that a set of 4 full size items would cost $12 with free shipping? Did you think for one minute you may be missing something? Did you think that maybe you should read the description before purchasing an item?

This is a multi-item listing in which you selected one item from the drop-down menu to purchase. I am sorry that you were under the impression that you got one of each item available. In a multi-item listing you select the item you want from the drop-down and then if you want more, you can add more to your cart and then check out. The item description even said that. I apologize for the confusion but the $9.99 price was for (1) shower gel not an entire body care set.

I sold you the exact item that was photographed. How was I supposed to know there was a manufacturing issue? I have no way of knowing that. Your claims are ridiculous. Your feedback for other sellers shows how difficult of a person you are to deal with. I gave you a 100% refund. What more do you want?!? You are impossible to please. And how was I rude? You were asking me to move mountains for you. What else do you want? I'm already out the money on the item and shipping. I have nothing more.
