Neat vintage image of a Jim Crow era politician, as illustrated and described. Excellent job of packaging otherwise it would have been heavily damaged, judging for the outer packaging. Looks like a truck ran over it and in the process received a puncture wound that fortunately did not penetrate the inter cardboard liner. GOOD JOB seller.
