I ordered what I thought was a complete package Sonicare Diamond Clean electric toothbrush but when I received it there was no electric handle. Communicated with the seller and he got back to me right away advising that the description stated no handle which I agreed to disagree and this kit was of no use to me. The seller advised to go to EBAY and request a refund and he would refund my charge which all happened in a reasonable time. Did not receive my total charge minus shipping
