    Just what the doctor ordered . . . for me

    I was issued this Knee brace by my local VA for bracing one of my knees. I like how it fits and the support it gives my knee. Eventuallly, if it is worn directly on the skin, it needs to be cleaned to remove the oils absorbed from the skin. I wanted a spare for those times but the VA would not give me a spare yet so purchased a spare (this purchase) so I can rotate the knee braces for cleaning. I am not in a medical occupation so can't address what conditions this provides help with. A while back I had a Meniscus tear in my knee and, despite surgery, the pain has gotten worse. The knee brace along wtih a 5% Lidocaine patch gives me some relief and support.
