The item arrived 10 days after the purchase date. The description included the towers and springs. There were no springs and the left tower was damaged beyond repair or used. I contacted the seller immediately and sent pics. Over the course of 2 weeks & stringing me along, this seller made zero attempt to correct the problem. They kept saying they were going to send replacement & never did. The seller communicated but was being deceptive the whole time. Buyers beware of this seller.

I would not recommend buying from this seller, unfortunately. I did not hear from the seller until almost a week after the purchase date, and even then it was to indicate that the item hadn’t been shipped out yet. Once the item was shipped, I was later informed the item was missing a crucial part, but that the seller would ship it out. Well, it’s been almost two weeks, and the part never arrived. The item itself was packaged without any sort of bubble wrap or padding. Just kinda a waste.
