WOW. jabra storm arrived. i had low expectations, but it was AUTHENTIC, it was NEW in package, and most importantly it WORKED! literally the day it arrived i turned it on and wore it for 10 straight hours before i turned it off at the end of the day. pleasantly surprised. took a few weeks to arrive and no tracking number but in the end very happy.

I tried emailing this person and I'm unable to send him picture message to show him my product is damaged and non working and promised me this was new but he has given me issues. He promised me a refund if I send him proof but hoe can I if he is unable to receive pictures through ebay. He also sent me his Gmail but he will not respond to me. At this point I give up. I lost my money in a scam product.

Dear customer, I told you to wait a few days and I will refund your money, the problem was with the shipping company that broke the product, so you had to contact them and it could have taken time and I told you that and you didn't listen.
