Product arrived in poor condition and missing powercord. It was advertised ad openbox. The barcode was faded so I wasn't able to make out the model. I processed for a return but decided to have it returned. I reached to the seller 2 days in a row and they failed to respond to my request. The shipping took way too long. They should use better shipping service. Poor communication and poor presentation.

    TX servo base works fine. Needing to update firmware with a PC, not so great.

    TX Servo base works fine with my Sparco R383 wheel. I did have to update the firmware on the TX servo base for new wheel using a PC.
