Ordered item, received notification from USPS that package was delivered. Unfortunately, there was no package. A couple days later I was going through junk mail and wedged in there was an envelope of cash in the amount of a refund. When asked why that was what I received she explained the item was damaged and so she refunded me. I don’t know why I wasn’t told sooner that there was a problem after I had contacted about not receiving it but glad to have my money back but very odd experience.
