Battlespace - A desert, a girl, an hour and a half
Battlespace was made in 2006 and features the hardened blonde Eve Connelly who also co-produced the film. Battlespace is set in an apocolyptic future where alien races create weapons capable of destroying entire planets and modified militant humans rampage across the remaining planets in our solar system. One would think with a premise like that this movie would be great for those of us who love sci-fi. Unfortunately most of the movie is spent following the less than bombshell Eve Connelly through the desert at a painfully slow pace. When there are action scenes they are very badly done. In my opinion Eve Connelly would have been better off just starring in this film instead of volunteering to be responsible for the horrible production quality by signing up for a co-producer credit. ... One great example of this is the "ammunition belt" carried by the main character. Instead of using ammunition or making something that could pass for ammunition they used tiny nitrous oxide bottles also known as cream chargers. These are great if you're planning on making some whipped cream but not very dangerous. Overall I give this movie 1 of 5 stars.

This movie is cool. If you like strange science fiction movies like DUNE or Battlefield Earth. I thought the chick was HOT. There were lots of strange space ships and planets. I rented it and liked it so well I will add it to my collection for the right price. I think the man that wrote the other review was gay. If seeing the star, Eve Connelly, run around in her cute little outfit does not get your blood going, you are either dead or gay and if that is the case I might suggest you get a nice movie with Brad Pitt instead!This movie is cool.
