I contacted the seller prior to purchasing but never received any feedback. I took a risk & purchased this anyway. The wig in the picture is not the wig I received. My wig has no highlights & is straight, no curls like the picture. No "real scalp," poor quality, synthetic wig. It keeps getting tangled. It will get the job done until my other wig comes in from another company. The shipping was fast is the only positive thing I can report. I will not be purchasing again. Very disappointing
