Had a bad experience with this item, due to the rope not having a strong bond with the cast net, when launching and me pulling the rope in, it floated away in the water and gone on the first try.

First they don't have item, but not refund. Then they tell me to create a return for refund, which you can't do if the item hasn't been sent to you, so ended up as "item not arrived, do you want item or refund?" I select "Refund", Seller doesn't refund but says they have sent the item?? I wait again patiently now over a month for something that was supposed to be in the country. Parcel arrives and instead of three phase electrical transfer switch it is a cheap set of ear plugs??? Waste of time
