    Absolutely great! I have been using it heavily all this past week and works perfectly! love it! I hate those plastic cases that normally comes with the device - I have many of those just taking up space no good for anything... this one came with a bag which I can use for something else.     The best tool I've ever had

    Incredibly powerful drill, I couldn't find a task it can not cape with so far... Be aware of breaking Your hands, if used with no care! Of course, had to obtain 220V 110V coverter as I live in Europe, but was aware of that. Batteries last really long. Perfect. It sounds like from Milwaukee adds, but this is truth, confirm. If You plan to do light DIY jobs, look for a smaller/lighter model, this one is really heavy-duty and thus a little bit heavy. Also 5Ah batteries add some extra weight. But I wished heavy-duty, and got real-one!

    Milwaukee, the best.

    Okay, it's established that Milwaukee tools are the best out there. If you are looking for less than the very best tools, look elsewhere. But if you demand the best, you can not go wrong with Milwaukee. The 2704-20 is nothing but heavy-duty. The handle makes this drill especially useful for tasks that would otherwise twist this drill out of your hand and it is easily removed for less serious duty. This brushless motor drill has all the power you need for any drilling job.

    This is a true heavy duty unit.

    Like old Like New

    I have had a Milwaukee hammer drill for 12 years. And used it almost every day at work. Now I hope this new generation will take me another 12 years as this new one seems to be lighter but just a durable as the old one.
