Packing job was fantastic, best I've ever seen from any online seller, whether Ebay, Amazon or anything else. When it arrived, I found that the locomotive was damaged and didn't match the described condition; HOWEVER, when I filed to return the item, the seller immediately gave me a full refund and told me I could keep the item anyway!
