    Highly Recommend

    I bought this book because I had already read another book by Dr. Amen. I wanted this book because it deals specifically with depression and anxiety. I find Dr. Amen's books easy to read and understand but full of information about medications, symptoms, supplements, diet, and behavioral therapies. I would definiteley recommend learning about Dr. Amen's approach to depression and other so-called mental illnesses. His information and approach could easily be implemented and complemented by a person's own doctor. I also recommend it because Dr. Amen gives many real-life examples that show that behavioral problems are often caused by or irritated by real imbalances in the brain.
