The laptop works great. Everything arrived as described. There was a minor scratch on the case of the laptop (no big deal) but no surprise there since the seller was extremely transparent about the cosmetic defects. Fast responses, fast shipping, fair pricing. I’m a college student so it’s not like I can afford anything super fancy but the seller worked with me on pricing and he was extremely fair. I’ll definitely come back and purchase from this seller again
