Compelling for less advanced self helpers
I do like the ideas she puts forth but I've been in therapy so long I feel kinda advanced for her style of writing. She lost my interest. But I also hate authors that give lots of "life stories" in their book. So if you enjoy that you will like it. Written well I just don't care about her life. But I got the themes just fine. I'll nevervreread it. Put it on my therapists bookshelf for others to enjoy. I do like the ideas she puts forth but I've been in therapy so long I feel kinda advanced for her style of writing. Great book that can be read on small chapters as needed
Beautifully written. Powerful example of love and redefining family post divorce. I anticipate going back to this book time and again, and found the short chapters easy to navigate. I could pick it up as time allowed and not feel like I was missing anything if it had been a while since I last read.
