Shipped inside too big of a box, with little to no packing. Card box opened in transit and card packs bounced around loose inside shipping box, damaging a lot of them. Told seller what happened so they would use more packing with future orders (Nov 4). Responded back immediately, offering to send a new box for free. Since then, nothing. Sent messages Nov 12, 13, and 16 to check in. No response. Shipping stuff happens. Negative feedback for communication/offering to do something and not doing it.
