Designed to simulate a computer game, the animated series follows the cute little Latina girl, her monkey pal Boots, and their anthropomorphic cohorts Map and Backpack as they set out on problem-solving adventures that encourage interaction and physical activity while teaching simple concepts such as counting, logic skills, and basic Spanish. This volume includes two fun-filled, educational episodes: in "Lost Map," Map is mistaken for a stick by a silly bird and is carried to the top of Tallest Mountain; and in "Super Map," the trio need to get down Tallest Mountain to Dora's house.

    Dora Map Adventures

    Very entertaining, educational and fun!!! Love this DVD and so do my kids!!! Like the lessons in it, the songs and the characters. Fun from start to finish!! I have loaned it to my DayCare person to show the other kids as well - all loved it!

    DORA - MAT ADVENTURES

    MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT!!! SHE WATCHES IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!! WE'VE HAD IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS NOW. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE DVD IS SHE LOVES IT SO MUCH THAT IT CUTS INTO MY FOOTBALL AND ESPN!!! LOL!!! BUT THAT'S THE REASON WE GOT IT!!! I RECOMEND IT TO ANY PARENT FOR THEIR CHILDREN!!!

    Dora the Explorer- Map adventures

    My daughter loves this dvd. This is the second one that we have purchased. The first one the puppy got a hold of and chewed it up. So we had to replace it. I am glad that we found another one.
