About this product

Product Information

This text, the follow-up to Rich Dad, Poor Dad reveals why some people work less, earn more, pay less in taxes, and feel more financially secure than others. The author argues that it is simply a matter of knowing which quadrant to work from and when. Have you ever wondered: What is the difference between an employee and a business owner?; Why do some investors make money with little risk while most other investors just break even?; Why do most employees go from job to job while others quit their jobs and go on to build business empires?; Why, in the Industrial Age, did most parents want their children to become medical doctors, accountants, or attorneys. and why, in the Information Age, are these professions under financial attack?

I ordered 2 books from this seller; this one was exactly as described and in good condition. The other is even better, but covered in other feedback. I would say that this seller's books are in better condition than other online used bookstores for the same price. The books were well wrapped, again better than other online used bookstores. Shipping was free which is always a plus. The books came quickly considering sometimes roads are closed due to high winds here. Very happy with purchase!

    What a surprise

The book is in excellent shape and the information contained within we all should have read years ago.

  • Learn a simple, effective way to manage your money!

Robert Kiyosaki is probably the most popular teacher / advisor when it comes to personal finance and real estate investment; and for good reason! He knows exactly what he is talking about and teaches it in a way that makes his stories easy to relate to no matter what your present financial situation is. Once you pick up this book you won't want to put it down AND you will want to by the rest of his books too! I'd also highly recommend listening to his CDs and watching his educational videos too! Cashflow Quadrant talks about how your income and expenses fit into your financial plan. Included in this description are your taxes, mortgage payment, investments, etc. Learn why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer so you can change your situation now. Stop being lead ...

  • Good Ideas within this book.....

Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant is a good read for those people looking to control there finial future. While I somewhat disagree with the author about his obsession with money and making more of it, the ideas in the book are great for the normal everyday people who go to work and try to do the best they can with what they have. What I got out of the book is SAVE, SAVE, SAVE, and when the opportunity comes along to buy or invest in something to create income you'll be ready.

  • Valuable reading.

All of his books are so good. They are full of such vital information for today. In my opinion, these books should be required reading in middle and high schools as well as college. If people were more financially literate, at least they would have a better chance of being prepared earlier in life instead of being part of the "status quo". Working for money all of their lives, instead of their money working for them. Excellent book!
