CD had many scratches and scuff marks on jewel case which didn’t match “Like New” condition description. Seller accepted return, but reluctant to send return shipping label. Seller agreed to reimburse if I paid for return shipping, but procrastinated with excuses, and then reneged. I received the full refund, but still no pay back on return shipping. Carrier called to say seller insist on filing a damage claim on his behalf. CD was locked firmly to hub on lift-lock tray, not damaged in transit.

You can see by the pics I sent before the cd was shipped to you that the cd wasn’t scratched if it didn’t leave the holder it leads me to believe you’re pulling a bait and switch where you had the cd already that was scratched and then you sent me yours and kept mine. I got that feeling from the beginning because I knew nothing was wrong with the Cd at all so many things wrong here beware of this buyer

I am appalled seller accused me of a bait and switch scam. I have never owned this CD. Seller is untruthful and sent the CD in good condition with many scratch marks and scuff marks on the jewel case. Seller admitted CD never left lift-lock tray tells me the back side wasn't visually inspected for scratch marks before mailing it out. Pics only show the front side, not back of CD. The issue is still not resolved because seller refused to reimburse me $15.75 for the return shipping. Neg seller.
