I'm pretty sure the item was sent factory sealed as described, but upon arrival the seal and outter plastic was not in-tack. I'm betting this was my local custom's doing. But the item itself was in pristine condition. Never got word back from the seller for a shipping arragement I wanted to set up, but everything turned out ok. Everyone in locales other than the US, be cautious of your customs offices. Lol. All in all in good transaction, thx!

    Good all around mid range gun

    As the name states works well with water based in high and low humidity, It also sprays excellent with high solid clear coats. Only down side is it uses a large amount of air
