Item box was received in a damaged box. Seller indicated after I purchased that the this in fact was an N861 not an N863 as advertised. He offered $20 return which I accepted. The unit was no reset to factory password "00000000" upon receipt and I had to contact Lorex o get a reset code. Seller indicated ch 2 was bad. At first I could not get any cameras to come up. After a factory reset I was able to get my LNB4421 cameras to work. Two ch failed but I only need 8.
