    This is the first negative feedback I've left in 25 years of buying on eBay. I never received any communication from the seller about when my item would ship after I promptly paid, even though I sent 3 separate messages asking for a shipping date. My order was then canceled by the seller, after the delivery window closed, stating there was a problem with my address, which is blatantly untrue. No apology for wasting my time and canceled my order for no real reason. Awful. Don't recommend at all.

    Scans quickly with fair image quality.

    Good to quickly scan large numbers of snapshots. But don't expect great quality images. Colors are slightly off, however that can be corrected through software. Occasionally a white line will appear on the images. Not that big of a deal to me, because many of the pictures are not great to begin with. Bottom line, saves a lot of time over a flatbed scanner, but not the best for those special photos.

    a part was missing

    I bought this device for negatives. There was no adapter with it to copy the negatives. it also did not come with a manual so i went online and got the manual. According to the manual it should have come with an adapter to feed the negatives into the device. When the negatives are fed directly into the device they do not show the developed picture. As far as I can tell it copies photos fine. I would be satisfied if the adapter was with it. Sherry Lowe

    Simply great Scanner

    I was not to sure about this scanner when I read about it as it was not really expensive like some I had looked at. But when I got it in and used it I was very impressed with it. So happy that I ordered it. I am cataloging old photo's for the children so they can all have copies and no fighting over photo's when I pass. And I am so happy with the Quaility of the pictures. Even the really old and faded photo's are copying so well. I had some little 1"x2" thumbnail photo's and I took and scanned some of them to see how they would do and I could not believe it. They scanned larger and the clarity was great. And those little photo's were taken back in the late 1940's early 1950S.Can't tell you how happy I was. I would most definately recommend this scanner. My only wish is that it would scan ...

    Great product.

    Easy to use. I can scan photos rapidly, getting excellent results. It's small, though, and you can't scan larger photos.
