    This is the most important series of books about cooking ever. Photography is jaw-droping astounding and the content is a must read for everyone who is involved in serious cooking.

    Great product! Amazing read! Beautiful pictures!

    I bought this book for my husband who is an amazing Executive Chef in Chicago. He was amazed to get these books as a gift. The books are HEAVY, that is the only dislike about it but that is because I am a smaller woman and it was difficult for me to carry them around. They are worth the money if you know of someone who is like my husband and is the "Rainman of food." :) These books are truly one of a kind.

    Modernist Cuisine is nearly impossible to find and to find it for the great value I found it at was a steal! This is truly the set of culinary books that will take you from a good cook to a great chef!
