I guess everything is A-OK! Here is your positive feedback you requested even though I still feel neutral about the purchase. I understand the description said hand was fragile. I had no plans changing hands on it I just wanted to display it. But the item came with the arm off. I don’t think this would have occurred if you packaged it in a box rather than just an envelope. Still pretty disappointed in the whole thing. But you got what you wanted right? Thanks and “god bless” to you as well

I'm glad we were able to come to a resolution. Just as clarification to readers, I used a bubble mailer package, not envelope. The package itself was secure and the damage described most likely occurred during shipping, and though it was outside of my control, I still took it upon myself to provide compensation to the buyer.
