    Brings back old memories

    I picked up this retro game console on special and for what I paid it was worth the trip down memory lane. The games are pretty poor quality and clearly show how much graphics have improved since the 1980s, but they give a true representation of what PCs were like in that era. I can't say any of the games impressed, especially with the difficult to use joystick, but the fact that included is the basic programming module and you can import other games, makes the C64 a must have! Attach a USB keyboard and you can relive the excitement you had when you were younger (MUCH) and/ or introduce the current generation to what computing was like.

    An Absolute Classic without the load time!

    Amazing nostalgic version.. with out the load time and multiple disks! The Controller is a good size and a throw back that's tight and responsive. It may be missing some really good titles but load time makes it super fun! NEEDS AT LEAST A 1A POWER SUPPLY and was lucky to have one kicking around. Cords are 1.2m and, as always, could be lengthier. Nice size for a mini overall! Great fun!

    a total dudnik

    This was a total disappointment. From 1981-85 I was Marketing Manager of Commodore Business Machines (Canada). As such I was responsible for launching the C64 into the Canadian consumer market. This C64 mini does not compare in the slightest to the original product.
