I'm a senior and I was discouraged by my purchase of two John Deere deck belts. I realize thaat I was buying "used" items, but only had a picture of one of the belts. The second of the two belts that arrived was different than what was initially shown. When I shared this with EBAY, I was "immediattely" issued a refund for the full purchase by Richland Creek!!! Tha was not necessary as it was my bad, but greatly appreciated!! Classy gesture and I'd do business with them again!! Kudos to them
