I reached out to the seller and they were very communicative and interested in customer satisfaction. They immediately offered to take back the book and issue a full refund. We did initially negotiate a partial refund where I'd keep the book, but ultimately I decided to return the book and go for the full refund, which the seller issued immediately. Clearly an experienced seller!
