I give them 10 stars out of 5 lol. I know the feedback is to help others with their reputation and so on but I also think that feedback should be given when the expectations are either not met or when they exceed expectations. I was thoroughly impressed and couldn't have been happier with how well this went. As a beader I need to know certain details about the bead and was happy to see those details mentioned. Packaging was done very nicely. Advice for all "put yourself in the buyers shoes"
