The item I purchased was packed poorly with too much space, and came damaged and unusable. When I contacted seller they weren’t very responsive with a solution. After finally sending many pics they said they would exchange- to suffice my concern. When i messaged if they sent it they never answered, and then finally I just got a refund, but had been expecting replacement. So now it’s been a month and a half and I could have reordered elsewhere Better communication coulda solved this.
