    Saw the videos online on how to fix the the spark plug issue for my f150 5.4 and they recommended using this kit. bought it and it was easy to do and took about 40 minutes being my first time. it works great! just follow the instructions and make sure u don't drill into the poston

    Fix it right the first time.

    We used this kit on a 2003 4.6 Triton in a F-150. The kit was easy to use, and provides a PERMANENT solution to stripped spark plug holes on Ford 2 valve Triton motors. There are less expensive kits available, but the inserts they use are inferior, and won't hold up long term.

    Good product

    Definitely a time saver. It is sketchy having to drill into cylinder. A lot can go wrong. A used head probably cost you about the same price, but the time involved is worth the risk.

    Although expensive, it is much cheaper than having a shop do it or replacing the heads. It is a permanent fix to a huge design flaw in the 5.4.
