Purchased as a new item and at a good price but it arrived without any packaging/box so not actually described correctly as 'NEW' based on Ebay sales rules. You couldn't gift this item as it could have been used, it was unclear to tell and no mention in the sellers description. Contacted seller who advised she doesn't post with boxes so requested I returned it to her. Returned and refunded fine but extra work for me and unnecessary had it be advertised correctly in the first place.

Item chanel watermelon was a new item but had been listed wrong. Buyer sent an offer for £12 which I accepted. I explained this to buyer but I knew the moment I spoke to her she would leave negative feedback. Asked for a feedback revision 10 days ago. Buyer has blanked me for last ten days. Buyer was offered a boxed similar item with value of £29 but they declined. Buyer says I don't send out with boxes? Thats not true. The buyer was inconvenienced by going to post office.
